Gala Bingo is a student accommodation development in Nottingham city centre, delivered for main contractor Winvic. Midwest’s scope was the reinforced concrete frame for the scheme.

The Package

The frame package covered formwork erection, reinforcement fixing, and concrete placement across the building’s structure, sequenced to Winvic’s programme. Student accommodation frames are built around repeating cellular room layouts stacked floor after floor, which rewards a steady pour cycle and consistent quality at every level.

Gala Bingo is one of two schemes Midwest has delivered for Winvic, alongside the Lancaster Street student accommodation development in Birmingham.
